Economic recovery UMORD targets beneficiaries by considering their vulnerability status such as women or child headed households .The objective of the project is to increase household income among youths and Women in East Darfur. OR Livelihood and Food security Capacity building to generate local community ownership is integral to humanitarian and development assistance in Sudan. WASH & Sanitation UMORD targets beneficiaries by considering their vulnerability status, the objective of the project is to Improve WASH services in schools and Community in Sheria Locality

UMORD has obtained registration to operate in East Darfur State of Sudan since 2019 primarily targeting IDPs, Returnees, Refugees & vulnerable host community in partnership with UMCOR Atlanta. In all projects, UMORD targets beneficiaries by considering their vulnerability status such as women or child headed households, displaced populations, people living with disabilities and the elderly. Capacity building to generate local community ownership is integral to humanitarian and development assistance in Sudan
